In-line water heaters

In-line water heaters are used in applications where the location for which there is a need to heat water is distant from the main water heater. The units are used in applications such as jetted tubs and spas to add heat to the water as a means of counteracting the cooling effect from pressurized water mixing with air as it is being circulated through the jets. Some uses of the term in-line water heater also refer to what was described earlier as tankless or on demand water heaters.
